1. Reservation Deposits

To reserve a puppy, a deposit may be required.

• Deposits are used to hold a specific puppy and remove it from availability.
• Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Reservation deposits may be transferred to another available puppy under certain circumstances and at our discretion.
• Failure to complete the purchase within the agreed timeframe may result in the loss of the reservation deposit.

2. Puppy Purchase Payments

Full payment must be completed before a puppy is released for pickup or delivery.

• Puppies will not be transferred to their new homes until payment has been received and confirmed.
• Payment arrangements must be agreed upon before delivery or pickup is scheduled.

3. Health-Related Returns

The health and well-being of our puppies are extremely important to us.

If a licensed veterinarian determines that a puppy has a serious health condition that existed prior to adoption, the buyer must:

• Notify us immediately.
• Provide written documentation from a licensed veterinarian.
• Follow all instructions outlined in any applicable health guarantee.

Each situation will be reviewed individually to determine appropriate next steps.

4. Buyer-Initiated Returns

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise.

If a buyer can no longer care for their puppy:

• We encourage the buyer to contact us as soon as possible.
• We may assist in finding an appropriate solution when possible.
• Any return of a puppy must be arranged directly with us.

Please note that shipping, transportation, veterinary expenses, and other related costs are generally non-refundable.

5. Delivery & Transportation Fees

Delivery and transportation fees are separate from the purchase price of the puppy.

Once transportation arrangements have been scheduled or completed:

• Delivery fees are non-refundable.
• Transportation costs already incurred cannot be refunded.
• Any additional travel expenses remain the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Cancellations

Orders canceled after a puppy has been reserved may be subject to deposit forfeiture.

If a cancellation occurs before a reservation is confirmed, any refund determination will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under circumstances specifically approved by Premium English Bulldog.

Approved refunds, when applicable:

• Will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
• May require several business days to complete.
• May be subject to administrative or processing deductions where permitted by law.

8. No Refunds for Change of Mind

Because adopting a puppy is a significant commitment, refunds are generally not provided due to:

• Change of mind
• Personal circumstances
• Housing restrictions
• Family disagreements
• Allergies discovered after adoption
• Lack of preparation for pet ownership

We encourage all prospective owners to carefully consider their decision before reserving a puppy.
